Yes. We update product photos regularly so what you see on the site matches what arrives at your door. For fresh produce — fruits, vegetables, fish, meat — there will be natural variation in size and colour because real food doesn't come out of a mould. We hand-pick every order to make sure quality stays consistent. If anything looks wrong when your delivery arrives, message us on chat and we'll replace it or refund you the same day.
Every order receipt is emailed to you within minutes of checkout. You can also find all your past receipts inside your account — go to My Account → Orders → tap any order to view it or download a PDF. For in-store purchases, ask the cashier for a printed receipt, or share your registered phone number at the counter and we'll email it to you automatically.
Two easy ways:
- Online return: Open the order in My Account → Orders → Return Item. Pick a reason, and a BigBuy rider will collect the item within 24 hours. The refund hits your account the same day we receive it.
- In-store return: Walk into any BigBuy store with the item and your order number. We'll refund you on the spot at the counter.
Almost always, yes. Tap the "Notify Me" button on any out-of-stock product and we'll send you an email or SMS the moment it's back in stock. Most everyday items return within 24 to 48 hours. Seasonal produce comes back when it's in season — we'd rather wait than sell you something that isn't at its best.
We currently deliver across the UAE — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
